The general control box has the start and stop buttons. Just press the start button, the machine gets started. If there is emergency, press the emergency button directly and all the machines are stopped. The mesh belt motor is controlled by frequency converter to adjust the frying time. Thermostat can check the oil temperature at any time and controls the heating system to adjust frying temperature.
The chimney hood of the fryer is equipped with rising motor, which can rise up the mesh belt and chimney hood. Easy to clean and maintain. Limit switches are set for rising and falling in order to protect the machines in cases of improper operation. Double layer mesh belt structure. Automatic oil adding device.
